Wii Have Fun in Davison!

The Wii Have Fun - Bowling Tournament at the Davison Library drew in quite a crowd! 10 spectators (6 adults and 4 children) cheered on as 11 bowlers tested their skills at the Wii Bowling tournament on Feb. 15. The participants ranged in age from 9 to 14. Here are the top five scores:

  1. 229
  2. 199
  3. 186
  4. 164
  5. 153

Everyone played fairly and good sportsmanship was in the air; one bowler even lent his controller to the opponent that had just beaten him into the next round! We also saw “The Windmill” bowling technique… do you have a unique approach, too?

For those who now have competed in the Fenton and Davison tournaments, check back for the scores from the upcoming Beecher (Mar. 1) and Clio (Mar. 15) tournaments to see how well your scores match up!

Anyone who will be competing in the Beecher and Clio tournaments, get practicing! And don’t forget about the practice session from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM the day of the tournament. Make sure to bring your friends and family along to cheer you on, we all want to see how high you can score!
