January 1, ????  Dear Leo, there are only five marbles left in my happy wagon.  My mother sent me on a field trip to the stone pile today.  Dootsie is my new best friend, she’s five and when she closes her eyes really tight she becomes invisible.  Dootsie’s new best friend is Cinnamon, my pet rat.  My home school curriculum includes poetry writing field trips, delivering milk with my father and creating a calendar with the sun and spatulas.
